At Miss Kim, our identity is rooted in the spirit of the "Kicking Kim” - a tribute to the resilient, resourceful, and fiercely loving women of Korea. To us, "Kim" is more than a surname. It represents a legacy of building for the community, inspired by my grandmother who showed her sheer devotion by building a village church.

It was the World Book Day! Our book for the day was 정관스님 나의 음식, or 'Venerable Jeong Kwan – My Cuisine'. A book by Hoo Nam Seelmann about Jeong Kwan sunim and her philosophy of cooking.
