Introducing Miss Kim Kimchi: authentic Korean kimchi,
now available in the UK.
You loved the crunch.
Now it’s time to experience the heart of Korean food culture.
At Miss Kim, kimchi isn’t rushed. It’s respected.
We use high-quality ingredients and slow-ferment our kimchi for 4 weeks at low temperature in Korea, the traditional way, allowing deep, natural flavour to develop over time.
No additives.
No shortcuts.
No compromise.
Because real flavour takes time.✨
Choose your flavour:
• Vegan Kimchi – Fresh, tangy, vibrant.
• Stir-Fried Kimchi – Rich, deep, and intensely savoury.

To make truly authentic Korean kimchi, you have to go back to where it begins. To the factories, ingredients, and especially the people and places behind them.
On our recent trip to Korea, we noticed something unexpected.
The town where our kimchi is made… is just moments away from the community church built by our founder’s grandmother. A place rooted in care, community, and time.It felt like more than coincidence.
Like a reminder that Miss Kim didn’t start here in London. It started long before that. In Korea, food isn’t just food.
It’s patience.
It’s memory.
It’s something passed down.
These stories and traditions are at the heart of Miss Kim and everything we do.

Korean food, made effortless.
Our digital home just got an upgrade, designed to bring Korean culture into your everyday life.
