JUNG Festival, you were unreal.
We came to Canopy Market with Miss Kim snacks, kimchi boxes, and a very hopeful table. You came with appetite. Across the JUNG Festival weekend, we sold out faster than we expected, met so many of you in person, and watched Korean food culture light up King's Cross.
More than 40,000 visitors came through the festival, and it felt like a real reminder of why Miss Kim exists: to make Korean food feel bold, joyful, effortless, and impossible to ignore.
Didn’t make it this time?

Miss Kim is popping up in more places.
This month, our stockist map started to feel a little bigger and a lot more exciting. You can now find Miss Kim at BEN'S in Primrose Hill, Shepherd Foods Primrose Hill, The Kitchen Table Dorset, The General Store Battersea and Broadway Deli in the Cotswolds, with more neighbourhood shelves joining the Miss Kim universe.
And for London comfort-food nights? Miss Kim Lotus Root Bugak and Sea Salt Nurungji are now available through On The Bab Shoreditch on Deliveroo! You can get your K-crunch without even leaving your house!

We are also heading into more markets.
On 24 May, Miss Kim joined Riverwalk Market, bringing our snacks, kimchi, and sampling bowls back out into the sunshine. Markets are a recent discovery for Miss Kim. Watching people taste something for the first time, ask what nurungji is, and go back for one more lotus root crisp, that’s what Miss Kim is all about: helping people discover authentic Korean food that fits into their daily life. And we just can’t get enough!
Come join us at our London events this month…

One small proud note before we go.
May also brought some very happy award news. Miss Kim won Best Creative & Branding at the BBC Good Food SME Awards, and our full range was named finalist at the Free From Awards.Thank you for loving the flavour, the colour, the crunch, and the little universe we are building.
