Simple & Comforting Chicken Nurungji Soup

Chicken soup is comfort in every culture, and this is our Miss Kim style: crunchy nurungji softened in warm broth, topped with tender chicken, carrots and spring onions.

Ingredients
• Chicken breast
• ½ onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 spring onion
• Chicken stock (or vegetable stock / water)
• Miss Kim Sea Salt Nurugji
• Salt

1. Boil chicken breast with onion and carrot until cooked.

2. Add stock if using, and season to taste.


3. Shred the chicken. Slice the carrot. Chop the spring onion.



4. Place Miss Kim Sea Salt Nurugji in a bowl. Pour over the hot soup first, then garnish with chicken, carrot and spring onion.
